生育后不宜马上减肥

生育后不久就做一些减肥运动,会导致产妇子宫康复缓慢并引起出血,而剧烈一点的运动则会使产妇的手术创面或外阴伤口康复缓慢。一般来说,顺产妇在产后4-6星期就可以做产后瘦身操,而剖宫产6-8星期后,经医师诊断伤口已经愈合良好后,才可做产后瘦身操。

哺乳期不宜减肥

哺乳期间不适合减肥,因为饮食不当可能会影响乳汁的质量。要想减肥,就应正常喂母乳,因为哺乳可以消耗热量。如果是母乳喂养,至少要等婴儿出生后6个月再考虑断乳进行瘦身运动。如不进行母乳喂养,则产后3个月时可根据自身健康状况进行瘦身锻炼。

便秘时不宜减肥

产后水分不足和肠胃失调极易引发便秘,所以产妇瘦身前应先消除便秘。产妇要多喝水,每天至少喝7-8杯水,再多吃些富含膳食纤维的蔬菜,如甘薯、胡萝卜、白萝卜等。还可以多喝酸奶和牛奶,养成早起就喝一杯水的习惯,以加快肠胃蠕动。

贫血时不宜减肥

产妇因为生产会失血,而贫血会造成产后恢复缓慢。如果在贫血时减肥,会大大有害健康。产妇多吃富含铁的食物,如菠菜、红糖、鱼、瘦肉、动物肝脏等,待贫血治愈后再减肥。
